We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. But if something doesn’t fit quite right or wasn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- The item must be in resellable condition (free from stains, makeup, perfume, or wear)
- Original packaging should be included where possible
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, intimates and bodysuits are non-returnable, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return
Simply email us at info@monarch-mason.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our customer care team will guide you through the process and provide the return address details.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
10-Day Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, kindly contact your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times may vary
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order for faster processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we're truly sorry. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you.
