Monarch & Mason is a contemporary Australian fashion brand offering premium, effortless styles for men. Rooted in simplicity, our men’s pants and shorts merge effortless design with premium materials—perfect for everything from lounging at home to relaxed weekend outings.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Australia — and best of all, shipping is completely free on every order, no matter your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, we process it within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery across Australia typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package leaves our studio. If you haven’t received one after 3 business days, feel free to contact us at info@monarch-mason.com.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimates or bodysuits cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been issued. Refunds go back to your original method of payment.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We move fast — which means once an order is confirmed, we may not be able to make changes. However, if you reach out within a few hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best to help. Just email us at info@monarch-mason.com.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry for the mix-up! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item, and we’ll take care of it right away at no cost to you.
